My sorority sister, Dana, lives in Brooklyn and turned the big 3-0 this past weekend! I took the train down and met up with her, her husband Ryan, and some friends and family at a small brewery for some drinks and pizza. The only picture I have from the brewery is of the bacon and egg pizza I ordered. Whoops.
After I left, I decided to roam around a bit before getting back on the train…and wound up taking a walk over the Brooklyn Bridge! I’ve actually never done it before (along with 99% of tourist attractions in NYC). It was a lot longer than I thought and that combined with all the walking I did earlier in the day left me exhausted. I was more than happy to sit down on the train for the ride home!
